Counselling

So why would you want to come and see a Counsellor?

Well, there can be all sorts of reasons why you would .... and we could write a list of labels here and see if you fit one of them but at the end of the day:

If you are not feeling ok

If you need someone to talk to

If you wish things were different

if you are not able to do the things you want to do

If you need someone to give you a leg up on to the first rung of the ladder and show you how to take smaller steps to achieve what it is you want to achieve then that's a good reason to have a chat to Chris.

Parental Support

Chris is available to see you individually or as a couple ... but she wants you to feel comfortable so she is open to going for a walk with you, meeting you in a coffee shop or even coming to your home.

If you are in the Southern Highlands, Chris has an office in Bowral where she is available to see you on Fridays and Saturdays, by appointment. Chris does offer Telehealth services also so just chat to her about the best option for you.

10 - 14 year olds

Chris will initially meet you with your parents/guardians and this can be done in your home, at the Bowral office (if you live in the Southern Highlands) or even at a picnic table in a park on the Northern Beaches. After that I will meet with you, with your parent's knowledge and consent and maybe go for a walk or shoot hoops or even just sit in the local park or at your local beach. You can discuss this with your parents/guardians and can change from week to week.

15 - 18 year olds

You too can choose where you have your counselling sessions. If you would like to just sit around and have a chat, Chris is open to that. You can talk to her at your initial session and discuss the plan moving forward.

She is flexible with her time and is available for both insitu and electronic options.
